Capture worker authorization

A processing step runs on a capture-gated rig (OrbbecCap today) only when it is authorized for the rig's capture contract. The grant is per contract and step, not per worker image: once head_tracking is enabled for orbbeccap_stereo/v1, a new head-tracking image needs no Grace change.

  • enable and disable need the supervisor role and ask for confirmation (skip it with -y). The change takes effect on the next step start, with no service redeploy.
  • disable refuses new starts. A run that already started can still complete.
  • Only a published contract and a registered processing step can be granted.
  • list flags the contract's required steps that are not enabled yet. Production processing also needs a verified profile and the rollout flag, which are not managed here.
  • In a dev service with GRACE_CAPTURE_VALIDATION on, an enabled step can already run on a provisional contract, for worker validation.
